We are pleased to announce a public call for applications to join the Pool of Experts for the USAID-funded Civil Society Resilience Strengthening Activity (CSRA) in Serbia.

The CSRA aims to strengthen the resilience and capacity of civil society organizations (CSOs) to navigate challenges, foster connections with stakeholders, and effectively participate in public policy processes.

As part of this effort, we are creating a pool of experts to provide tailored support to our local partners in various thematic areas, including communication strategies, financial sustainability, human resources, strategic planning, advocacy, digital security, and more.

We invite applications from individual experts, companies, or business entities with:

• At least five years of relevant experience in the thematic areas outlined in the Terms of Reference (ToR).
• A proven track record of working with CSOs in Serbia or similar contexts.
• Expertise in delivering training, workshops, consultancy, and/or mentoring programs.

1. CV/Portfolio: Detailing your qualifications and experience in the relevant thematic areas.
2. Expression of Interest & Financial Offer: Indicating your daily gross rate in USD and the thematic area(s) of interest.
3. Supporting Documents: Such as certificates or endorsements, if applicable.
