The project aims to promote transparency and accountability of public officials and institutions and decrease the risk of corruption within public procurement processes, by monitoring and advocating for transparent and open work of public authorities and decision-making processes related to COVID-19 response measures.

The specific objectives are as follows:

Objective 1: Monitor and assess transparency of decision making and access to data on public procurement and policies related to measures to combat COVID-19.

Objective 2: Increase transparency of decision-making processes and promote greater public awareness of the level of government transparency and access to data related to COVID-19 response measures.
