Partners Serbia respects the privacy of all users who browse through this website, which is why we do not process personal data of users who access our website mainly to browse through its content. Therefore, we process only those personal data that are necessary to achieve the clearly defined purpose of data processing, including the functioning of this page. For better communication of this Privacy Policy and other personal data processing practices, Partners Serbia has appointed a Personal Data Protection Officer, namely: Milica Tošić, a lawyer and legal advisor in our organization.

In addition, the user has the right to contact Partners Serbia and request access or correction of his/hers personal data, and exercise rights guaranteed by the Law on Personal Data Protection, before Partners Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection and relevant courts.
