On June 24 and 25, 2019, two-day training on communication skills was held in Ecka for 26 members of the Network of Inspectors of Serbia (NIS).

Through series of interactive lectures and workshops, lecturers Blazo Nedic and Dragana Cuk Milankov introduced the participants to basic communication techniques in dealing with inspectees, skills necessary for dealing with “difficult” clients, alternative dispute resolution methods and negotiation techniques, as well as how to communicate in highly-emotional situations.

This training was yet another opportunity for sharing practical and work experiences between colleagues, inspectors from all over Serbia and from different levels of inspection, as well as a chance to strengthen the internal capacities of NIS and its members, by acquiring new knowledge and skills.

This training is a part of Strengthening the Network of Inspectors project, which Partners Serbia is implementing in cooperation with NIS, supported by the USAID Cooperation for Growth (CfG) Project.
