“Bar Association Mediation Project”
on
Wednesday, February 28, 2018, from 14:00 to 15:30
at the Media Center, Terazije 3, Belgrade
Following up on the results of the Serbia Pilot Court Mediation Project, which resulted in the establishment of the Court Mediation Support offices in the Second Basic Court in Belgrade, High and Basic courts in Cacak, as well as in the establishment of the Cacak Bar Association Mediation Center, Partners Serbia begins implementation of a new “Bar Association Mediation project”. Supported by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the Republic of Serbia, this Project aims to improve access to justice by raising capacity of the bar associations for the use of mediation in resolving disputes.
