The overall goal of the Project is to improve the court case-management system, in order to secure greater transparency of Serbian courts’ work and render courts’ decisions more accessible to citizens.

By analyzing court practice following the receival of requests to access to information of public importance, Partners Serbia will develop and deliver recommendations for improving proactive transparency in the work of courts, and raise awareness of information seekers regarding the possibilities and limitations that this framework currently sets in Serbia.
