About the Project: The Project “Personal Data Protection in the Security Sector – addressing the gaps of the Law on Personal Data Protection” will serve to tackle one of the greatest problems in the implementation of the national personal data protection’s legal framework, i.e. lack of clarity on division of two different regimes of data processing.  The overall goal of the proposed project is to enhance implementation of the personal data protection legal framework in Serbia and to provide better protection of personal data of Serbian citizens, specifically:

- through support in the improvement of legal framework in the area of special data processing regime; -- through building capacity of students and young professionals on issues related to protection of personal data in the security sectors.
